Contractors: No noise 6:00pm-8:00am, weekends/federal holidays no noise 6:00pm-9:00am, unless it is emergency work.
Noise ordinance does not apply to snow removal.
Loud music/parties- 10:00pm-8:00am no noise.
No bicycles shall be ridden on the boardwalk except between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. daily. Except that bicycles shall be permitted on the boardwalk within the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach on Saturdays and Sundays, excluding State holidays, falling between October 1st until April 30th between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. daily, and on Mondays through Fridays, excluding State holidays, falling between October 1st and April 30th from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
No dogs are permitted on the boardwalk. You may bring your dog onto the beach any time from September 15th through May 15th. From May 15th to September 15th, you may only bring your dog onto the beach after sunrise until 7:30am.

No pass needed on Ocean Ave, Arnold Ave, Broadway, Chicago Ave, Baltimore Ave, & Trenton Ave (Chicago Ave to the Bandshell part of Trenton Ave).
